Официальная церемония на чудесной муниципальной вилле в городе Анцио проходит в красивом зале с фресками и лепниной.
Вилла была построена для кардинала - на возвышенности, рядом с руинами древнего порта Нерона, на месте бывшего Храма, посвященного Богу Геркулесу, в 1732-1735 гг., о чем свидетельствуют сохранившиеся мозаичные панно и фамильный герб на стене. Последняя реконструкция виллы закончена в 2010 году.
